If your physical piece arrives and it's not what you hoped for, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Reach out via the contact form with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Returned items must be in the original condition you received them — unworn, undamaged, with any tags still attached. Pieces that show signs of wear or alteration can't be accepted.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage before opening or removing items, and email it to us. We'll work with the carrier on a claim and get a replacement or refund to you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are not refundable; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or carrier damage.
Pieces commissioned specifically for you (custom stone selection, sizing, engraving) are final sale once production has begun. We'll always send mockups for approval before starting work.
Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
Course purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 25% of the lessons. After that, all sales are final.
