Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept the offer when payment clears (via Stripe). Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there's a pricing error or stock issue — you'll get a full refund.
Every piece is hand-forged and one-of-a-kind. Photos represent the actual piece you'll receive, but expect tiny natural variations in copper patina, stone grain, and finish. That's the nature of handmade work and part of why each piece is unique.
Digital downloads (3D scan files, recipes) are licensed to YOU for personal or commercial use as described on the product page. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files. Refunds for digital downloads are not available once the file has been accessed.
We ship physical orders within 1-3 business days of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once a package leaves our hands and is in the carrier's possession, we can't be responsible for delivery delays, but we'll help you file claims for lost or damaged shipments.
